- DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to book; Balance will be due 5 days prior to Installation/Delivery.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so 1 week prior to your event date and Rescheduling is based off our availability.

- RENTAL USE
Client agrees to safe and proper use of rental equipment, that equipment will only be used at the event venue, and only for the purpose for which it was intended and installed. Client is responsible for any rental equipment and assumes entire risk of loss.
- BALLOON CARE DISCLAIMER
Balloons by Marian cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up/delivered/installed. Although we use the Highest Quality of balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate or pop and are adversely affected by wind, rain, heat, sun and other uncontrollable factors.
That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more. (No Guarantees)
